We don’t have a big glass front or a receptionist. Instead, you walk into a place that feels more like a home. We have a couple of rooms set up with our equipment and files. Nagpur can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we have the fans running at full speed all day long. We usually start our day with a bit of a chat and some tea before we get into the heavy work. Most of our time is spent handling the technical side of things and making sure our records are straight. We like being in Friends Colony because it’s peaceful and we know the neighbors. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a small team doing our thing in a quiet corner of Maharashtra. It’s a simple, honest way to spend our working hours without any unnecessary drama. We just take it one day at a time and do the best we can with the tools we have.
