Our office is located near Lodhipura Hansapuri, right here in Nagpur. It's a busy part of the city, and we've been operating out of this spot for a while now. Shrivastava Infrastructure Private Limited is basically just a group of us who handle various construction and infrastructure projects around Maharashtra. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our days are spent looking at site plans or talking to workers about the next phase of a job. It gets really hot in Nagpur during the summer months, but the work doesn't really stop. We just drink more water and keep moving. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, a few old chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints piled up in the corners. You can hear the traffic from the street outside most of the day. It’s a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We don't really care about being a huge company or having some fancy headquarters. We just want to make sure the things we build actually work for the people who use them. Sometimes there are delays because of rain or material shortages, which is just part of the business. We try to be honest about those things. There’s no point in making up stories. People around Nagpur know us, and we like it that way. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things work on the ground here.
