We spend our mornings getting things ready and then most of the day is spent out and about or handling the logistics of the construction projects. Nagpur is a big place but this corner of Hingna Road is where we’ve set down our roots. We don't go for flashy stuff. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid. We have a small team and we’ve known each other for a long time. It makes the work day go by faster when you’re working with people who know the drill. Sometimes the rain slows us down or there’s a delay with the trucks, but we just deal with it. It is honest work and we take it seriously. We aren’t interested in making big promises we can't keep. We just show up, do the job, and keep the records straight in the shop. If you pass by Sai Sagar Apt, you'll see our sign. We're usually in there until late. We have seen the area change quite a bit since we started.
