You can find Shivam Techno Services over at No. 29 on Jaitala Road. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. The front door stays open most of the time to let a bit of a breeze in, but it also lets in all the noise from the traffic outside. We have a lot of gadgets and parts scattered across the workbenches. Most of the time, the floor is covered in bits of wire and old metal casings. We spend the day looking at technical drawings or trying to figure out why a particular piece of equipment isn't doing what it should. It’s not the cleanest office you’ll ever see, as there are oil marks on the walls and the desks are cluttered with tools. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for quite a bit, so we mostly know what the other person is doing without having to ask. The shelves are packed with boxes that haven't been opened in years, but we keep them just in case. When a customer walks in, they usually have to wait a second while we put down a screwdriver or finish a phone call. We don't have any big corporate banners or anything like that. It’s just a workshop on a busy road where we handle technical stuff. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around to look up parts, which gives us time to catch up on the local news or grab a coffee.
