Shivaji Science College,Nagpur

I spend most of my time at Shivaji Science College in Nagpur. If you are looking for us, you might just see the email address hardemonali@yahoo.com on some of our older flyers. Nagpur is known for being incredibly hot, and the college campus is no different during the summer months. We have students running around the halls, always in a hurry to get to their next lab session or exam. It is a place filled with the smell of chemicals from the chemistry wing and the sound of chatter in the canteen. We aren't a corporate office; we are an educational institution, so things can get a bit chaotic when the new semester starts. There are piles of admission forms, old textbooks, and lab equipment that always seems to need a bit of repair. The staff here has been around for a long time, and we've seen a lot of kids grow up and move on to do bigger things. It is a bit worn out in places, the paint might be peeling on some of the older walls, but it has a lot of character. We don't have a PR team writing fancy stories about us. We are just a group of people trying to keep the classes running and the labs stocked. It is a lot of routine work, checking schedules and making sure the lights stay on. We just do what needs to be done to keep the college going for the next batch of students.
