Our business, SHAAN BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, is set up over at Plot number 69 in Sindibantajbag. We share the space with Sheikhalim Alim Kadar in the Nagpur Urban area. It’s a lively neighborhood, and there is always something going on nearby. We’ve been working in the construction line for quite a while now. We don't have a glass office or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is around answers the phone or talks to people who drop by. We focus on local jobs in and around Nagpur. The work can be tiring, especially during the summer months when it gets really hot here. But we are used to it by now. We handle everything from small repairs to bigger structural jobs when they come our way. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job so people tell their neighbors about us. Our paperwork is kept in a few filing cabinets in the corner. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we have our own system that works. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to build things that stay up and satisfy the people who hire us. Being in Sindibantajbag feels right because we are close to the people we serve. Sometimes we stay late to finish up drawings or estimates, but we don't mind the extra effort. It's just how we get things done here in Nagpur.
