Seven Hills

We are Seven Hills, situated in the Ayurvedic Layout at Shakkher Dhara Chowk here in Nagpur. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so we see all kinds of people every day. We aren't a big corporation, just a local spot that’s been around for a bit. The intersection at Shakkher Dhara Chowk is usually crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. Our space is pretty straightforward. We have the kitchen in the back and a seating area that fits maybe twenty or thirty people if we squeeze them in. We don't have a lot of staff, so sometimes you might have to wait a minute while we finish up another order. It’s just the way it is in a small shop. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the shopping for spices and grains. Nagpur summers are no joke, so we do our best to keep the air moving inside. It’s not always easy keeping a business going, but we like the people in this neighborhood. They are friendly and we know many of them by name. We don't do any big promotions or flyers. People just know where we are. It’s a practical place for a meal. We focus on getting the basics right without any extra fluff. If you're passing through Shakkher Dhara, you'll see our sign. It's nothing fancy, just a regular part of the street. We try to keep things simple and honest for everyone who walks through the door.
