Excise & Store Asst.

The office for Excise & Store Asst. is located at Ray Towan on Hingna Road. We are right in the M.I.D.C Area, specifically Plot No. B-3 110 in Nagpur-16. Since we are in the industrial zone, it’s mostly factories and warehouses all around us. It’s a very dusty part of town and there are always trucks moving back and forth on the main road. We spend most of our time dealing with the stores and the paperwork that comes with being in an excise spot. It’s not an exciting job, but it’s steady work. The building itself is pretty standard for Nagpur. We have our desks and our ledgers and we just try to keep everything organized so nothing goes missing. The heat in Nagpur can be really something else, especially in the middle of the day when the sun is hitting the roof of the warehouse area. We usually have the fans going full blast just to keep air moving. It is a lot of counting items and making sure the storage is handled right. People come by to drop off documents or check on their shipments. We don't really have a big sign or anything, just the plot number mostly. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we all know how the store runs. It’s just a regular industrial job on Hingna Road where we get the work done.
