Manoj Kumar Kp

Manoj Kumar Kp is located over in Nagpur, specifically at Vayusena Nagar. Our address is E-6, Section Chief Engineer (Air Force). Being in the Air Force area, it is much quieter and more organized than the rest of the city. There aren't many shops or loud noises around our immediate workspace. It is a bit of a formal area, but our own office is quite simple inside. We have the usual desks and computers, and Manoj is the one who oversees the daily operations. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering-related tasks and administrative work that comes our way. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer, so we have the coolers running most of the time. It is a very plain and functional environment. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a vision or a big idea. We just have a job to do and we come here every day to do it. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. If you are coming to visit, you have to follow the signs for Vayusena Nagar and look for the E-6 section. It’s a very specific spot. We don't spend time on marketing or making ourselves look big. We just value the fact that we have a steady place to work and can get through our tasks without too much fuss. That’s how we like to keep it.
