Satyadev Buildmart (OPC) Private Limited is located over at Ganesh Appartment in Rathi Nagar. You’ll find us care of Sachin Wankhade. It’s a simple setup in a regular apartment building, which fits the way we like to work. We deal with building materials and general construction needs. Rathi Nagar is a decent area, and being in an apartment means we are close to the people we actually serve. We don’t have a flashy storefront with neon signs. It’s more of a place where you come to talk business and figure out what supplies are needed for a job. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a small operation, which means things are handled directly. You don’t have to go through ten different departments to get an answer. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on deliveries and making sure the inventory is right.
