Satya Govind

If you ever find yourself in the Khamla area, you might have seen our place. Satya Govind is at number 20 in the Royal Arcade, which is part of the Pandey Layout. It’s a decent little spot in a busy part of town. The arcade has a lot of different shops, and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shopkeepers by name. It’s not a giant shopping mall, just a regular local arcade where people come to get their errands done. We spend most of our day behind the counter or checking the stock in the back. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of deliveries, but we make it work. We started this because we wanted a simple way to earn a living and serve the folks in Khamla. There’s no corporate board or big investors behind us. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just open up the shutters every morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets flooded during the monsoon, but we deal with it like everyone else around here. We like the local vibe of Pandey Layout. It feels like a real community. People stop in just to say hello sometimes, and we appreciate that. We just try to be a reliable part of the neighborhood every day.
