We’ve been here at the Katol Bus Stand for quite a while now. Being near the buses means it is always busy and noisy outside, but inside we just try to keep things steady. It’s a simple spot in Nagpur where people come when they need a quick trim or a shave before catching a ride. Mostly it is just local guys and travelers passing through Katol. The shop isn't fancy. We have the usual chairs and mirrors you'd expect. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait it out or use the natural light from the door. It gets hot in the summer, especially with the 441302 weather, but we have a fan that works most of the time. We know a lot of the bus drivers who stop by for a chat. It’s funny how you start to recognize the same faces every week. People come in, sit down, and talk about the news or how the crops are doing. We don’t have a website or anything like that. If you are near the bus stand, you just look for the sign and walk in. We open early because that's when the first buses start moving. By the time evening comes, it gets a bit quieter. We just do the work, sweep the floor, and get ready for the next day. It is just a normal part of life here in this corner of Nagpur.
