You can find us at Plot .No. 35 in Rajshree Nagar. We’re located in Kolbaswami Arcade-3, which is right on Beltarodi Road in Nagpur. Sankalpana Realcon & Marketing Private Limited is basically a small team of us who like real estate. Nagpur-440027 is growing so much lately, especially around this side of town. We see a lot of new faces coming in asking about plots or houses. Our office isn't one of those shiny corporate spaces. It’s got desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of Maharashtra pinned up. We do a mix of things, from helping people find land to figuring out the best way to market a new project. It’s a lot of legwork. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out on the road checking on sites. There’s usually some dust on our shoes by the end of the day. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what we know about the local market and what the paperwork involves. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with all the rules, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just local folks trying to help other local folks get their properties sorted out. It’s a straightforward business, really. We like being part of the Rajshree Nagar community and seeing the buildings go up. We usually have a fresh pot of tea going.
