Our place is located in the Mahal area of Nagpur, right on Ayachit Road. We are based out of a building called Saismit, near the old Bhonsla Ved Shala. If you know Mahal, you know it’s one of the older, more crowded parts of the city. The streets are narrow and there’s always a lot of activity. It’s a far cry from the new developments on the outskirts. Our office reflects that. It’s a bit older, with heavy wooden doors and floors that have seen a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been operating as contractors here for a long time. There’s always someone coming in to talk about a project or a bill. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or a big HR department. It’s mostly just us and our records. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a few photos from past jobs. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, and the ceiling fans hum all day to keep the Nagpur heat away. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know Sanjay or they’ve seen our work around the neighborhood. It’s a simple operation. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. Living and working in Mahal means you’re part of the local community. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s where we do our business every day without any fuss. We just keep our heads down and finish the contracts we have.
