Sadhana Beauty Parlour

We’ve been here in Nagpur for a while now. Sadhana Beauty Parlour is right in Modi No 2, Sitabuldi. It’s a busy spot, especially being near Chandak Agency. People know us by the yellow sign out front. I started this place because I liked doing hair and makeup for my cousins. Now, it’s just a regular day job for me. We open around 10 in the morning and stay until late evening. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work. Most of our ladies come from the nearby apartments. They just walk in after finishing their housework for the day. Sometimes the fans aren't enough for the Nagpur heat, but we try our best to stay cool. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. I don't really have a big staff, just me and another girl who helps out. We do threading, some facials, and the basic stuff most people need. It’s not fancy or anything like those malls. Just a simple place to get your eyebrows done or a quick hair trim before a family wedding. I enjoy talking to the customers and catching up on what’s happening in the neighborhood. Some have been coming for years. We keep a diary for appointments, but usually, it's just first-come-first-served. It feels good to have a shop of my own in a place like Sitabuldi where everything is always so active. It keeps me on my toes.
