RUMAO CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Rumao Constructions LLP is based in the Acme Shopping Arcade, specifically on the third floor in room 302. You can find us right in the Cinemax Talkies Compound on Trimkamdas Road in Kandivali West. It’s a pretty well-known spot because of the theater. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Construction is what we do, and being in Kandivali puts us in a good position to see what’s happening around the neighborhood. The arcade gets busy, especially on weekends when people are out, but our office stays focused on the projects we have going. It’s not a flashy place. We have desks, blueprints spread out, and plenty of tea for when folks stop by. We take on construction work and try to stay organized, though some days the paperwork piles up faster than we’d like. Working in a compound with a cinema means there's always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on our building sites. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show them what we’ve built recently. It’s a local business through and through. If you’re around Trimkamdas Road, you might see us coming and going from the arcade. We aren’t hard to find if you’re looking for someone to handle a construction project in this part of Mumbai.
