Rmsys Infotech Private Limited is based in Nagpur, specifically at Nit Qtr No-E-48 on Kapil Nagarnari Road. Working out of an NIT quarter gives the place a very specific feel. It’s not like those shiny glass buildings you see in the IT parks. It’s a lot more grounded and simple. We have our setup in a few rooms that were probably meant for something else originally, but they work just fine for computers and servers. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we appreciate when we need to concentrate on difficult coding problems. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so our main priority is always making sure the cooling is working so the machines don't overheat. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and our name. Most people who come here are looking for us specifically. We spend our mornings going through the technical stuff and our afternoons trying to wrap things up before it gets too late. There’s a kitchen where we make tea, and often someone brings in snacks to share. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have many meetings; we just talk across the room when we need to figure something out. It’s an honest way to work, focusing on the tech instead of the image. We’ve been here a while and it suits the way we like to do things without any unnecessary complications. We try to keep it simple and just focus on the computer tasks that come our way every single morning.
