Our shop is S/50 in the Utkarsh Niraman building, right by Mangalwari Bazar in the Sadar area of Nagpur. Being near the bazaar means it’s always lively around here. There’s a lot of noise and people moving about, which we quite like. The office is basically a shop front, so it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a simple space with some chairs and our work files. Nagpur gets really hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast all day. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, but this is where we do all the planning. We’re a small outfit, and we don't bother with the big promotional talk you see elsewhere. We just focus on the buildcon side of things and making sure the work is solid. People in Sadar know us, and we’ve built up some good relationships over time. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when we’re dealing with delays or material issues, but we just get on with it. We keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we work with. It’s not a complicated way of doing business, but it works for us and our clients. Just local guys doing local work, trying to make sure every project gets finished the way it was supposed to without any fuss.
