Rina Beauty Parlour

My shop, Rina Beauty Parlour, is located in Chandrabhaga Nagar. It’s a quiet residential part of Nagpur, so we don't get much of the heavy city traffic here. I like it that way. Most people who come in are regulars who have been coming to me for years. We know each other's kids and what's happening in the neighborhood. I have a couple of chairs and a small area for hair washing. The plumbing can be a bit finicky sometimes, but we make it work. I try to keep the place tidy, though with hair and powder flying around, it's a constant job. I don't follow all the latest trends from the magazines, I just do what my customers ask for. If someone wants a simple haircut or their nails done, I take care of it. The shop has a big window that looks out onto the street. I often see the vegetable seller passing by in the mornings. It’s a very local feel here. I don't use any fancy lighting, just the regular tubes that give off a steady glow. It's not a place where you'll find anything luxurious, just honest work and a place to sit for a while. I've been in 440017 for a long time and I don't plan on moving anywhere else. It’s my little space in this big world.
