Our shop is B 3, located inside Satyam Plaza. It’s right across from the Shama Tourist Complex in the Civil Lines area. Working at Rbm Infocom India Pvt. Ltd. means dealing with a lot of tech stuff every day. We handle things like internet setups, computers, and communication gear. Civil Lines is a decent place to be, and Satyam Plaza is easy enough for people to find. We aren't some high-tech lab with white walls and glass everywhere. Our space is functional and usually has a few cables lying around. We spend our time helping folks get their systems running or fixing a router that’s decided to stop working. It’s the kind of work where you’re always learning something new because technology changes so fast. We don't try to sound like experts from a movie; we just speak plain English to explain why your connection is slow. Most of our customers are locals or people staying at the tourist complex who need help. We keep a small inventory of parts in the back so we can fix things quickly when possible. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty, but we're more focused on the screens and the hardware than the decor. It’s just a few of us here, making sure the neighborhood stays connected. We like the rhythm of Civil Lines and the people we meet. It is a good spot for a small business like ours and we hope to stay here. We keep our doors open for anyone with a tech problem.
