RAVECHI SUPERSTRUCTURE LLP

We are based out of Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 18. Our office is up on the eighth floor of Tower 2, Flat 801, at Plot No 38. It’s a quiet enough spot to focus on the technical side of what we do. Superstructures are what we deal with, so there’s a lot of planning involved. Most of our days are spent looking at designs and talking to site supervisors. Since we are in the Thane district area, we cover a lot of ground around here. The view from the office is alright, but we aren't there to look out the window. It’s mostly desks and stacks of papers. We are a small team at Ravechi, and everyone knows what they need to do. It gets a bit hectic when we have several projects going on at once, but that's standard for this line of work. We started this because we knew the area and saw the need for more builders who actually show up. We aren't a huge corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you call or visit, you’re usually talking to one of the people actually doing the work. We just want to build things that stay up and serve their purpose. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and being part of that growth keeps us busy. We just keep it simple and focus on the task at hand without much fuss.
