At Ratnadip Tembhurkar Software Solutions Llp, our workspace is located in Hiwara, a small village in the Gondia district of Maharashtra. We operate out of a space provided by Shri Suryabhan Tembhurkar. It’s a quiet area, which is a nice change from the constant noise of a big city. Our postcode is 441602. We chose to set up our software solutions business here because it’s our home. There was no real reason to move to a crowded place like Pune when the same work could be done from right here. The setup is very basic. We have a few computers, a steady internet connection, and enough chairs for our small group. Most of the day involves writing code or talking to our clients on the phone. Being in a rural area means there aren't many office distractions. Sometimes a neighbor will drop by to say hello or we take a short walk through the village during our break. It is a very practical way to run a business without huge costs. No one here wears a suit and we don't have a human resources department. We just take the software projects we get and make sure they work correctly. Power cuts can be a challenge sometimes, but we have enough backup to keep things going. We are just local people using our skills to keep a small business running. It isn't flashy, but it’s our own and we take pride in what we build for our clients.
