Radianz Twin Lake Estates Phase-1 Llp

Our office is in Nagpur, over in the Dhantoli area. We are located at Shop No. 2 in Raj Palace, which is right on Abhyankar Road. It is a pretty well-known street in this part of the city. We are Radianz Twin Lake Estates. We are currently working on the first phase of our estate project. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so our little shop is where we hide out during the afternoon peak. Most of our work involves land and estate management near the lakes. It is a lot of walking around in the sun and then coming back to the office to fill out endless forms. The shop is small but it serves us well. We have a few desks and some maps of the lake area pinned to the walls. We do not really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just show people what is available and explain the plans for the land. Abhyankar Road is always busy with people and traffic noise. We usually get our tea from the guy right outside the building. It is a very local way of working. We have been here since we started Phase-1. There is always someone dropping by to ask about the plots or just to say hello. We do not have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to finish this phase and see how the next one goes.
