R & G Softtech Private Limited

Our office is at No. 6 in the Utkarsh Complex, right on the Ring Road in Kotwal Nagar. It’s a busy area and the traffic noise from the road is something we just got used to. We do software work at R & G Softtech Private Limited, but we aren't like those big tech companies you see in the movies. It’s just a few of us in a small suite with our computers and a lot of tangled wires. We spend most of the day staring at screens and trying to figure out why something isn't working right. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours and have to go for a walk around the block to clear our heads. There are some decent food stalls nearby where we usually grab lunch. The office is a bit messy with old keyboards and half-empty coffee mugs, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't wear suits or anything like that; jeans and t-shirts are the norm here. Customers usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they’re stuck in traffic on the Ring Road. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question, even if it’s something simple. It’s a small operation, but we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without having to send a formal memo.
