You can find us at Plot No. 50 in Santaji Society, which is part of the Maskey Layout in Narendra Nagar. We are right opposite Jayanti Mansion 2. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which is nice. We are builders and developers, and our office is where we handle all the planning and the boring stuff like accounts and permits. It’s a small, local setup. We don't have a big staff, so if you call or stop by, you’re usually talking directly to one of us who is actually working on the projects. The office has a very lived-in feel, with plenty of tea cups and old files. We spend a lot of time walking around our construction sites in the layout and checking on progress. We don't really use any fancy marketing talk. We just tell people what we're building and how long it’s going to take. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of weather or labor issues, and we just have to deal with that as it comes. We’ve been working in this part of Narendra Nagar for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s just us, doing our job day by day, trying to build decent places for people. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
