Pushpanchal Estates Llp is located over at Plot Number 34 in Satyapushp Gadge, which is in the Manakapur area of Nagpur. We are right off Koradi Road, which has been seeing a lot of development lately. It is an LLP, so it’s a small group of us running the show. Nagpur is a different pace than the big coastal cities, but it’s still busy enough for us. Our office is in a relatively quiet spot, which is nice when we need to focus on the paperwork side of real estate. We don't have a corporate office with a dozen receptionists. It is a simple place where we sit down and talk to people about land and houses. We spend a good chunk of our day out on Koradi Road or around Manakapur, looking at different sites and seeing how the area is changing. Satyapushp Gadge is a decent location and easy to reach if you are familiar with this part of Nagpur. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people find a piece of land or a house that fits what they are looking for. It is a straightforward business for us, based on knowing the local area and the people who live here. We’ve seen many new buildings go up recently, and we just try to keep up with it all from our little office on Plot 34. It’s a regular job for us.
