Prakash Gents Parlour

Prakash Gents Parlour is located at Shop No-02 on Nara Road. If you know where the police station is in Jaripatka, then you know exactly where we are because we’re right across from it. It’s a convenient spot for people living around here. I’ve been cutting hair at this shop for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from doing our work every day. It’s a simple setup. Just a few chairs, some sharp scissors, and a couple of combs. I don't go in for all those new styles that the kids see on the internet unless they really explain it to me. Most of my customers just want a standard cut or a clean shave. The shop gets a lot of dust because of the road being so close, so I’m always wiping down the counters. It’s a lot of work keeping it tidy. I usually open up early in the morning. Sometimes the regulars come in just to sit and talk about what’s happening in the news. I don't mind. It makes the day go by faster. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way. No big slogans or anything like that here. Just a guy with a shop in Nagpur who knows how to handle a pair of clippers. My apprentice is still learning how to sweep properly.
