We are based at 80 A in the Tapovan Complex over in Somalwada. Nagpur is home for us, and if you know the area, you know it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. We spend a lot of our time here just getting through the day’s work. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine, it's just a functional space with desks and some old chairs. We've got a routine going where we come in early to beat some of the traffic on the main road. There’s a small shop nearby where we grab tea in the afternoons when the energy starts to dip. Most of the folks working here at Persistent System have been around for a while, so we kind of know each other's habits. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles or big speeches. If something needs to be fixed, someone just gets up and fixes it. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be a bit moody sometimes. Being in Somalwada is convenient because it's not right in the middle of the heaviest city traffic, but it's still busy enough. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of what needs to be done before it’s time to head home. It's a plain way of working, but it suits us just fine.
