Parijatak Infraventures Private Limited is based in Nagpur. Our office is Flat No. S-8, which is part of the Vyankatesh City complex on Shirur Road in Butibori. This is in the 441108 area. Butibori is known for being an industrial hub, so it makes sense for an infra company like ours to be located here. We are on the second floor of the building. It’s a simple flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend our days looking over site plans and talking to contractors. Nagpur is a big city, but Butibori feels like its own world sometimes. We like being out here because it is closer to where a lot of the actual construction happens. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small group to get together and figure out our schedule. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, there is some tea being made and a lot of discussion about materials and costs. We’ve been at Kh. No. 109 for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things as they are. Being part of the Vyankatesh City community is nice because it’s a mix of people working and living together.
