Paramount Conductors Ltd

Our place is at 32 Midc Industrial Area. It’s a straightforward setup at Paramount Conductors Ltd. We spend the day working with wire and conductors. The machines make a lot of noise, and the floor is always humming with some kind of activity. It’s an industrial spot, so it’s not particularly pretty, but it’s where the work happens. We handle a lot of metal, mostly copper and aluminum, and we see it through the whole process. There’s always someone checking the gauges or making sure the winding is tight enough. We don’t really have a big sales team or anything like that. People know we are here in the Midc area, and they come to us when they need specific types of conductors for their projects. We just focus on getting the specifications right. The tea breaks are usually the most relaxed part of the day, where we sit around and talk about things other than wire for a few minutes. Then it’s back to the machines. It’s hard work, and it can be a bit monotonous sometimes, but it’s what we do. We don't try to dress it up as something it's not. It’s just a factory floor where we make conductors and try to keep everything running smoothly. There’s always a truck backing in or out, and we just try to stay out of the way while getting the pallets loaded. It is loud but we are used to it.
