Our office for Pandeya Construction Private Limited is located at Mahavir Nagar in Kankarbagh, Patna. We are set up at Gopal Pandey’s place. Patna is a crowded and busy city, so there is always a lot going on right outside our door. We focus on construction work in and around the city. It is a fast-paced environment where you have to keep moving or you get left behind. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with laborers and checking on the progress of different sites. Mahavir Nagar is a central area so it makes it easy for us to get to different parts of town. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has got some chairs, a few desks, and piles of project plans. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Gopal is around most of the time to keep things organized. Construction in a city like Patna has its own set of challenges with the traffic and the narrow lanes. We have learned how to manage the logistics over the years. We take pride in the fact that we are a local business. We are just regular people who know how to handle concrete and steel. It is noisy and dusty work but it is what we do best. We just keep our heads down and finish the job as scheduled.
