Oracle India

We are based out of the 440013 area in Nagpur, which is a bit of a different pace than the bigger metros. Oracle India has a presence here, and we handle things from this part of Maharashtra. It is not always easy to explain exactly what we do every day to neighbors, but mostly we are just working on the systems. The weather gets pretty intense in the summer months, so we are glad for the air conditioning in the office. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have got going. No one wears suits or anything like that unless there is a very specific reason. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. The location works well for us because it is easy enough to get to without spending hours in traffic. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a while. We know each other's habits and how the work flows best. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment in the way people might think. It is just a job that we try to do well. Most of the time, things run smoothly and we stay out of the way. If you are in this part of Nagpur, you probably know the area is growing.
