Operator

Our shop, Operator, is right by the Chinteshwar Mandir in the Itwari area of Nagpur. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially near the temple. There’s always music playing or people walking past the door. We’ve been in this spot for years because Itwari is the heart of trade here. The space we have is tight, filled with equipment and boxes that we haven't quite found a place for yet. It's not the kind of office you see in movies. It’s got peeling paint and a ceiling fan that clicks on every rotation. We do our work here, mostly handling operations and coordination. Nagpur gets really hot, and our little spot near the temple can feel like an oven sometimes. We just open the windows and keep going. Most of our neighbors are shopkeepers too, so we all know each other. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. People usually just find us because they are in the neighborhood or someone told them where we are. Dealing with the daily bustle of Chinteshwar Mandir is just part of the job. Sometimes we have to move our motorbikes to let the crowds through. It’s a messy, loud, and honest place to work. We like the energy of Itwari. It keeps us on our toes every single day, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
