We are One Globe Buildcon LLP and you can find our office over at 72 Ram Nagar Layout in Nagpur. Most people in this part of Maharashtra know that Ram Nagar is a decent place to be based. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a construction firm. It is not always pretty. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather just does not play nice, especially when the heat in Nagpur gets really intense during the summer months. We started this thing to handle local building projects and that is basically what we do. It is a small team here. We do not have a big corporate office with fancy furniture. It is more about having a desk, some chairs, and plenty of blueprints spread out everywhere. We try to stay organized but when you are juggling different sites and workers, things can get a bit chaotic. That is just the reality of the business. We focus on getting the walls up and making sure the structures are solid enough for the folks who will eventually live or work in them. We have been at this address for a while now and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is mostly just hard work and trying to keep the clients updated on what is actually happening on the ground without sugarcoating things. We are just regular people trying to do a job.
