OCSP INFRACON LLP

Our office is in Nagpur, over in Prashant Nagar. We are at Flat Number ML 1102 in the Yashodhan Enclave. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time. OCSP Infracon LLP is the name on our papers. We mostly deal with infrastructure stuff in and around the Nagpur region. We aren't a big city firm from elsewhere; we are locals. We’ve spent a lot of time working on different layouts and sites around Ajni. The work involves a lot of coordination with workers and getting materials delivered. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or the prices of steel go up, and we have to figure it out. It’s just us running the show. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people and get work through word of mouth. The office at Yashodhan Enclave is where we sit down to do the accounts and plan out the next month. Nagpur is growing fast, and there’s always something being built. We try to get our share of the work. We aren't perfect, we make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them. It’s a practical way of living. We just want to keep the business going and take care of the people who work for us. That’s about all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current task.
