You can find us at Shop No. 110 in Wing-1 of Rajat Plaza. It’s right in the heart of Nagpur Urban. Being in a plaza means there is always something going on outside our door. Nxgtechie IT Services is a small team and we like it that way. We don't have a massive floor space, but we have enough room for our servers and our workstations. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we make do with a couple of extra fans. We handle IT stuff for people who need help with their systems. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We’ve been in this shop for a while now. The regulars at the plaza know us by now. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or flashy logos on the walls. Most of our furniture is just whatever was practical and fit the space. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall downstairs. On Mondays, things can get a bit chaotic with everyone calling at once, but we just take it one problem at a time. It’s a local business, run by local people who just want to do a decent job. We don't pretend to be some giant global corporation. We’re just the IT guys in Wing-1 who know how to fix your computer. We aren't fancy, but we're here every single day working through it.
