Nora Beauty Parlour

Nora Beauty Parlour is over at Plot No 87 on Central Road. It is part of the Ranapratap Nagar area, specifically near P And T Colony. The shop is pretty easy to spot if you are driving down Central Road in Nagpur. We opened this place because we wanted to have a spot where local women could come for their regular beauty work without having to go too far into the main city traffic. The atmosphere is quite relaxed. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work on hair or do facials. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need. Living and working in Nagpur, you get used to the heat, so we make sure the fans are always running for the ladies who come in. Ranapratap Nagar is a nice residential part of town, so we get a lot of neighbors dropping by just to chat or book a time for later. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end salons you see in magazines. We are just a local parlour doing standard work. Sometimes the weekends get a bit crowded, so it gets a little noisy with everyone talking at once. That's just how it goes here. We've been at this location for a good bit of time now and feel like part of the furniture. It’s a decent place to spend the day and talk with the locals.
