Niti Pharmaceuticals Private Limited

Our company, Niti Pharmaceuticals, is located at B-20 in Mahesh Colony, right by Pulgaon Chowk. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is actually quite nice for getting our work done without too many distractions. We’ve been at this address for some time now and it feels comfortable. The office is basically a converted part of a residential building. It’s not a high-rise or a dedicated commercial complex. It feels more like a home that slowly turned into a workplace over the years. We have a few rooms set up with sturdy shelves for our pharmaceutical stock and a couple of simple tables for the computers. Most of our work involves checking batch numbers and managing the endless paperwork for the regional distributors. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department full of people in suits. It’s just us in our regular everyday clothes, making sure the orders are packed correctly and the tape is secure on the boxes. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a quick chat, or we see the local kids playing in the colony street outside. It’s a very grounded and local way to run a business. We try our best to keep things tidy, but with all the boxes coming in, it’s a constant struggle to stay organized. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just have a big calendar and some lists of things to do. We take our breaks at the local tea shop near the chowk. It’s a simple routine that works for us.
