Our setup for Eli Lilly And Company India Pvt Ltd is out in Nagpur. We are located in the Forest Department Employees Housing Society at Seminary Hills. It’s a bit of a different spot for an office, being near Katol Road and the Centre Point School. The building is C 5. Being up in the hills means it’s a bit greener and maybe a little cooler than the middle of the city, which is a nice change. We’ve been here for a while. The office isn't very large, just enough space for the team to handle the daily paperwork and phone calls. We have a lot of folders stacked up and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out and the traffic gets a bit loud for an hour. We don't have any fancy corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. Most of the staff live in the surrounding area, so we are a pretty local bunch. We start our day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office; we just need a place that works. It’s a steady pace here, and we mostly keep to ourselves and get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
