You can find us at No. 95 on CA Road in the Gandhibhag area of Nagpur. This part of the city is very old and always crowded with traders and shoppers. Our building is right there on the main road, so we see everything that goes on from our windows. We handle a lot of the export and import side of things, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and tracking shipments on the computer. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with years of records. Because we are on CA Road, it can get very loud with the horns and the general noise of the market outside. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and go through the overnight messages to see what needs to be shipped out next. There is a lot of back and forth with the transporters and making sure the boxes are labeled correctly. Gandhibhag has a specific energy to it, especially during the festival seasons when the streets are packed. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other business owners on this block. It’s a busy life, and we are usually working right up until we close the shutters for the evening. The space is a bit cramped with all the documents, but it is home to us during the work week.
