It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our infra business from here. The atmosphere in Chatrapati Nagar is usually pretty calm compared to the main city center. We spend our days going over project details and talking to contractors. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with all kinds of weather, especially the heavy rains. Our office is simple, nothing too crazy. We have a few rooms where we keep all our equipment and documents. It’s a family-like environment among the staff. We’ve lived and worked around Nagpur for a long time, so we know how things work in this city. Wardha Road is a major route, so we are always moving back and forth between the office and different sites. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the actual work. Most of the people who come to see us are people we’ve known for years. We handle the infra side of things without making a big fuss about it. We just open up in the morning, get the coffee going, and start working through the list of things to do for the day.
