Nifcon Infrastructure Private Limited

Our office for Nifcon Infrastructure Private Limited is located at Plot Number 17 in the Avg Layout, which is in the Lakadganj area of Nagpur. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool enough for everyone to work. It is a pretty standard layout in a residential-cum-commercial part of town. We have been here for some time now. The street outside is usually lined with parked bikes and the occasional truck. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of coordination between the office here and the actual sites around Maharashtra. We aren't a big, polished firm with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you will just find one of us at the desk looking over some bills or schedules. We keep things pretty informal. If someone comes by with a question, we just sit down and talk it through. The walls are a bit bare, mostly just calendars and maybe a map of Nagpur. We focus on the practical side of building things. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, more than people realize, so that takes up a good chunk of our day. It is a quiet enough neighborhood most of the time, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished without much fuss. There is always something to do, but we take it one step at a time.
