Nic Computer & Information Technology

Our business, Nic Computer & Information Technology, is located at number 23 Hedgewar Nagar. We are situated right across from the Radio Colony, just off the NH-7 Road. This is a pretty busy area because of the main road, which makes it easy for people to find us when they have a computer issue. Our workspace is not the kind of polished office you might see in a big city. It is more of a practical workshop filled with parts, cables, and various machines that we are currently working on. We spend most of our day at the repair benches. It is a lot of hands-on work, from fixing hardware to sorting out software glitches. Being near Radio Colony has made us a familiar spot for the people living nearby. We don't have a big sales team or anyone to handle marketing. It is just us doing the repairs and talking to whoever walks through the door. We have been at this location for a good number of years now. The NH-7 Road brings in a lot of different people, so we never quite know what kind of computer problem will come in next. We try to keep things simple and explain what needs to be done without using too many complicated words. It is just a straightforward local shop where we focus on getting technology to work properly again for our neighbors.
