New Tech

New Tech is a small operation located in the Nabha Apartments in Khamala, Nagpur. We work out of apartment 137, which belongs to P K Deshmukh. It is a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is a good place for us to focus on our technical work. We don't have a storefront or a big office sign. It is just a few of us, Swapnil and the rest, sitting around with our computers and gear. The room is usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and the light from several monitors. Nagpur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we keep the air conditioning going as much as we can while we work on our projects. It is not a formal environment at all. We often work in our casual clothes and eat our lunch right at our desks. Sometimes we get so involved in a task that we forget what time it is. Our neighbors know us as the tech guys in the building. We handle different kinds of software or hardware fixes depending on what our clients need. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just like solving problems and doing our work without too much fuss. It is a comfortable setup and it allows us to do our best without the distractions of a big office. We just take things one day at a time.
