Neeti Dream House Private Limited is located over at 46, Cosmo Avenue Complex. If you know Cbs Road, then you probably know how crowded it gets during the peak hours. Our office is right in the middle of that hustle. We’ve been working from this building for a bit, and it’s a pretty standard space for a small company like ours. Mostly, we spend our time dealing with residential stuff. It’s not always easy because people have a lot of questions about how things work with buying or fixing up a place. We just sit down with them and go through the details one by one. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and tea cups because we spend a lot of time talking. The complex itself is okay, but finding parking can be a real headache some days. We don’t really do big advertising or anything like that. Most people hear about us from someone else who lived in the neighborhood. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we are out checking on a property, and other times we are just here filing papers. It's a small operation. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything.
