Nazwin Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located over in Binaki, Nagpur. Our office is set up in House No. 331, which is in Ward No. 39 near Telipura Peotha. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big industrial park, which gives it a different feel. We handle various pharmaceutical goods and spend most of our time keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Nagpur is famous for its heat, so we spend a lot of our budget on keeping the place cool enough for the staff and the products. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. It’s mostly family and a few neighbors who help out with the day-to-day tasks. We sit around a big table and go through the orders one by one. There’s usually some tea being shared and a lot of talking. It’s a very casual environment, but we take the work seriously enough to make sure no mistakes are made. We’ve got shelves lining every available inch of wall space. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a large shipment. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for years in the local trade. It’s a simple way of living and working. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in our little corner of Telipura Peotha. That is how we operate.
