Navpad Solutions Private Limited is located in Nagpur, right in the Dhantoli area. Our office is in Satyam Apartment. Being in Dhantoli is great because it’s a central location and everyone knows where it is. Satyam Apartment is an older building, so it has a bit of history to it. Our office isn't one of those high-tech spaces with glass walls. It’s just a set of rooms in an apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels a bit more comfortable and less stiff than a corporate building. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. Nagpur can get incredibly hot during the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and air conditioning are running properly. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just show up, do our work, and head home. There’s always a bit of tea being made and some conversation about how the day is going. We like the independence of being in a smaller building. It’s a practical setup for a team like ours. We’ve grown accustomed to the sights and sounds of Dhantoli, from the morning traffic to the quiet of the late afternoon. It’s a reliable place for us to be, and we don't have any plans to move to a fancy office park.
