Nagpur Integrated Township Private Limited

We are located on the third and fourth floors of the building at 1-89/1. It sits right at Plot No. 42 and 43. Nagpur Integrated Township Private Limited is the name we have on the door. Being a bit higher up than the other offices gives us a decent view of the street below. We work on township ideas, which sounds fancy but mostly means a lot of meetings and looking at sketches. It is not always as exciting as people think it is. Most of our day is just checking the local regulations and making sure the lines on our maps are straight and correct. We have two floors because we have so many documents and blueprints that need to be stored somewhere safe. We are not looking to become the biggest company in the country. We just want to do work that actually makes sense for the people living here. Our staff is mostly local people, so we know the neighborhood inside and out. We have been doing this for a while, navigating all the ups and downs of the building market. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow or broken, but we do not mind the walk up the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled the right way.
