Nagmoti Buildcon Private Limited

We have been over here on Mahal Koti Road for some time now. Nagmoti Buildcon Private Limited is the name on our door. It is situated right behind the Nit Complex in the Unthkhana area. Most people find us by looking for that landmark first. Nagpur is a dusty place when work is in full swing, but we really like it here. It is our home base. We started out with just one small truck and a lot of energy. Now we have a proper office at Plot 184. It is not a glass skyscraper or anything fancy. It is just a regular spot where we meet to discuss the next day’s schedule and have some tea. We handle building projects of all sorts. Sometimes it is a small house, sometimes something a bit bigger. My brother helps with the books and I handle the guys on-site. We drink a lot of chai while looking at the site plans. It is practical work. We are not into those glossy brochures or sales pitches. If you come by, you will see we are usually busy on the phone or out at a site. The road gets very crowded near the complex, especially on the weekends. We have lived in Nagpur all our lives, so we know how things work here. We just want to get the jobs finished so we can go home. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
