Moonland Realty Developers Private Limited is located over in Jafar Nagar. We are up in Flat 201 of Jafar Palace. It's where we handle all the bits and pieces of our development projects. We aren't a huge firm with a glass building. We just have this one space where we meet and talk about what needs to be built next. Jafar Nagar is a place we know well. We've spent a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful. Real estate and development are usually a bit chaotic. There’s always someone calling about a permit or a delay with the materials. We try to stay on top of it, but it’s a lot to manage sometimes. We don't have a polished front desk or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, you’ll just find one of us looking over a map or a contract. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful when the deadlines start getting close. We’ve had our share of long nights here in the office. It’s mostly about making sure the people who eventually live in these places are getting something solid. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build and develop property. That’s about it really. If you're looking for us, Jafar Palace isn't hard to find. We are just local folks trying to keep the business running and the projects moving forward. It's a day-to-day grind but we're used to it.
